Crawley Properties is a small business in Saint John, NB that has been in operation for over 20 years. We are growing and our goal is to increase the level of support for our properties and tenants. Crawley Properties owns several hundred apartment units in the Saint John NB area. Our multi-unit buildings are primarily located in the east and west sides of Saint John with additional properties in Rothesay, city centre and Millidgeville.
Our company is looking for Maintenance Crew members to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for performing general labour and cleaning. This includes cleaning halls, preparing vacant apartments for new tenants, running errands, lawn and yard maintence. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and will be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning hallways.
- Cleaning vacated apartments and preparing them for new tenants.
- Assisting team with renovation work on vacant apartments.
- Pick up and delivering supplies to work sites.
- Painting/ crackfilling.
- Running errands.
- Lawn and yard maintenance.
- Other duties as required.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Must have own vehicle and valid driver license. The job requires the successful applicant to travel between various properties during the work day.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
Salary: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
