Busy, growing pet food company is looking for 2 reliable production machine operators for the evening shift.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred, but will train the right individual
• Experience with food grinders and mixers an asset
• Must be mechanically inclined, basic repairs may be required
• Basic knowledge of HACCP food safety and GMP
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Good communication skills, must be able to communicate with team members and management effectively, able to follow procedure set by the company
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment to meet daily quotas
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities:

• Operate, load and maintain our food production equipment safely
• Work with the production team
• Be detailed oriented, making sure to follow proper company procedures
• Troubleshoot equipment as required
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Follow HACCP and all company procedures

Other information:

• As these are key positions in our plant, the right individual must be reliable and on time every day
• 3:30pm to midnight Monday to Friday
