- Track and trace Air, Sea and trucking shipments online and with timely follow up with overseas partners and all related stakeholders and update systems accordingly
- Preparing, checking and monitoring documentation of all international bookings
- Preparing export declarations
- Communicate efficiently with overseas partners and make proper follow-up on shipments
- Building and maintaining good relations with overseas partners, customers and co-workers
- Read, monitor and respond promptly to specific incoming communications (clients and other business partners-domestic and overseas)
- Timely and accurate billing
- Provide assistance when needed to improve products and services
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT PROFILE
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in coordination in freight forwarding (air and ocean import/export)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel in particular, POM, Emails essential
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Strong communication skills
- Strong people skills
- Strong aptitude in time management
- Ability to set priorities and organize workload assigned in an efficient manner
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast pace environment
