Live-in Caregiver (Personal Support Worker) - BBY02MBB Job at Individualized Funding Resource Centre Society
We are currently recruiting a live-in caregiver for a female client, who requires assistance with all aspects of daily living.
Location:
- Burnaby (Near Burnaby Heights Park)
Shifts:
- Live-in position - 7 days a week
- Private bedroom and bathroom available while on shift
Compensation:
- $165 per day
Responsibilities will include (but may not be limited to):
- Activities of daily living including shower, dressing, feeding
- Assist with sit to stand transfers and pushing wheelchair
Requirements:
- Must be fully vaccinated
- Be patient as client can be aggressive when confused or agitated
- Prefer someone who can speak little bit of Cantonese
- Willingness to get trained
Individuals with disabilities can be more susceptible to the severe symptoms of COVID-19. Candidates will need to provide their proof of vaccination as a mandatory requirement from health authority.
