Besides processing the healthcare laundry at our large commercial laundry plant in South Burnaby, we are also responsible for distributing the linen in some of the Hospitals and Long Term Care Facilities we service.

We now have a permanent, full time vacancy for an entry level management super linen porter position, on our healthcare team. As a Linen Super Porter, you will be cross trained in multiple healthcare facilities to cover site based staff vacations, scheduled days off, leaves of absence and to provide support and training.

Reporting to the Site Based Operations Manager, you will be trained/responsible for the day to day operations while working at each healthcare facility. Your main responsibility is to ensure the quality and standards of our operation are met and customer’s requirements are satisfied within a timely and professional manner. This role requires a high level of accountability and communication as you are the key contact in the absence of the Customer Service Manager. You must be computer literate and your attention to detail and organizational skills must be at the highest level.

Salary starts at $43,000 per year and includes a comprehensive benefits package including medical, extended medical, dental, vision, life insurance and RRSP match in addition to an annual performance bonus.

• Physically fit and able to maneuver large containers
• Able to read, write and speak English fluently
