What we're looking for:

• Team players! We're big on the One Team One Dream and everyone works hard to support one another.
• Great attitude! Work is what you make it, and we like to put the fun back in functional! Themed days, store-wide contests and more!
• Early risers! We're open early - which means you'd need to be up early too! Night owls might struggle, but "whooooo" are we to judge?
• All positions! Seasoned vet to kitchen noob, it makes no difference. We have confidence in our training systems to get you up to speed in whatever role you choose!
• Weekend warriors! Our busiest days of the week are Saturday and Sunday, so you'll need to be available to work these days.

Overview of the roles:

While both kitchen roles are expected to positively impact kitchen operations on a daily basis we have different focal points for each.

Cook 1

• This role is predominately line-focused. Expect your daily shift to be working the main production line and contributing to the success of service via great tasting / plated food and bill times.
• During lulls, you'll help the team knock items off the prep list and flex your knife skills!

Cook 2

• This role is predominately prep-focused. Expect your daily shift to be spent crushing large volumes of food prep while using our Food Safe systems (Product Tethers, Cooling Logs, etc.)
• During lulls, expect to help rotate breaks by covering a station (and they'll cover you while you're on yours!)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Salary: From $21.00 per hour
