AiA Insurance Brokers ltd is growing and we are looking for Ambitious person to join our team of experienced brokers.
AiA is an Insurance Brokerage which started in 2018 and has grown phenomenally since then, We got the fast brokerage award this year from IBM Canada, we have top insurance companies as partners and we write our business ethically. We provide auto insurance, home insurance, condominiums and commercial insurance for businesses. We have our main Office in Vaughan and are looking to hire for our upcoming Branches at different locations.
We are hiring New and Experienced Insurance brokers and those working on their RIBO License
what we are looking for :
· Motivated and confident.
· Strong skills in communication
· Comfortable developing customer and business relationships
· Prepared to work one-on-one with customers
· Analyze coverage and determine if better options may be available
· Clearly explain details and features of policies to customers
· Quote new policies and changes
· Ask qualifying questions and data entry into systems for processing policies
Requirements
· RIBO License
· Consideration may be provided if you are currently working towards your license
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
Compensation Various options:
. Salaried.
· Commission based (to be discussed)
· Competitive remuneration and dependent on your book of business
