Maple Air is one of the leaders in the heating and cooling industry within the Greater Toronto Area. We are a President's Award Winner and Factory Authorized dealer of Carrier. We are currently looking for a talented, energetic, and self-motivated Assistant Service who is accountable for ensuring growth, financial objectives, customer service, and productivity are driven to a standard of excellence through regular coaching and collaboration with team members and partners.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Service Manager to plan, organize, direct and supervise installation and service teams to maximize customer service and meet our service commitments.
• Lead a service mentality that drives customer satisfaction and future business growth.
• Supervise the Maintenance & Protection Plan division.
• Coach and manage a team of Technical professionals to maximize their performance, engagement, and achievement of objectives.
• Drive excellence through our partners by finding, selecting, and negotiating agreements with manufacturers and suppliers committed to Maple Air's strategy and goals. Manage these relationships to ensure these vendors deliver on our standards.
• Ensure the supply of parts is sufficiently stocked and organized in the warehouse and with the respective team members.
• Ensure team members are equipped with well maintained and functioning tools so they may execute their day-to-day tasks efficiently.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Possess a Business degree or equivalent work experience in the field of HVAC
• Achieved relevant years of successful operational leadership experience
• Demonstrated ability to extract the full potential of technical professionals through development and leadership
• Strong competitive awareness with the ability to coach accordingly
• Introduce new initiatives to maintain further growth
• Create alignment between company goals and individual objectives
• Heightened sense of self-awareness and emotional intelligence
• Demonstrate a strong verbal and written communication skillset

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $40,000.00 per year
