Cam Clark Auto Group is seeking a results-oriented Human Resources Assistant our Kamloops location.

Cam Clark Auto Group is looking for a Human Resources Assistant who is someone with meticulous attention to detail and who is motivated to handle HR administrative tasks, including document management, as well as provide support to the HR department.

This is a permanent full-time position with Monday to Friday schedule.

You will be accountable to:

· Manage and organize physical employee files, as well as scan and save documents electronically.

· Maintain employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.

· Manage onboarding new employees by welcoming new hires with prepared onboarding packages, and an office tour as well as completing and filing required paperwork.

· Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping HR information confidential.

· Maintain quality service by following organization standards.

· Collaborate with the HR team by assisting team members as needed.

· Contribute to HR’s team efforts by accomplishing related results.

· Other duties as assigned.

To be successful in this role you must:

· Have or be working towards a degree in Human Resources, or other related fields.

· Previous experience in Human Resources Administration is an asset.

· Have a valid Driver’s License, clean driver’s abstract, and access to a reliable vehicle.

· Have the desire to thrive in a fast-paced and performance-driven culture, always looking to learn more, and take initiative on a number of different tasks.

· Demonstrate effective communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization.

· Be highly motivated with the ability to multi-task, manage conflicting priorities, and be receptive to feedback.

· Be highly professional and able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity.
