What you’ll do:
The Brass Tacks

  • Greet and welcome all patrons to the restaurant and bar and ensure they are seated and presented a menu
  • Assist servers and liaise with the service team to ensure that all guests are looked after
  • Offer a high level of service to Inn and Restaurant guests to ensure experience is seamless and enjoyable
  • Responsible for smooth running of the host stand and ensuring all guests are well taken care of
  • Keeps work area, including guest dining area, clean and organized
  • Ensure that all standard operating procedures and read through and complied with

The Nitty Gritty

  • Previous experience in customer service roles required
  • Previous restaurant experience preferred, fine dining experience is an asset
  • Working knowledge of dining and beverage service procedures
  • Working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations

Naramata is located on the eastern shore of Okanagan Lake, just outside the city of Penticton. The area is known for its picturesque orchards, vineyards, clay bluffs, and lakeshore.
