Adtronics is looking to hire a full time Technical Service and Support Specialist with good interpersonal skills and a friendly personality. Applicants should be familiar with graphics software and possess strong Software Support skills.

You will be providing first-line support to our customers by answering how-to & product related questions and delivering clear directions over the phone, via Email or Team Viewer

The Position combines a range of activities from providing technical support and software support to customers, technical documentation, product troubleshooting and repair

Job Description:

  • Provide first contact support to customers to resolve service, repair, installation and connectivity issues
  • Answer any software and hardware related questions that arise from users.
  • Use of various web-based communication programs such as Skype, Team Viewer and remote desktop access tools.
  • Hardware fault troubleshooting

Responsibilities:

  • Provide End-User Support
  • Provide a friendly and professional attitude of support and service at all times
  • Help desk and customer support specialist, providing prompt response to user problems, troubleshooting and resolving the problems.
  • Evaluates and troubleshoot computer hardware and software, peripheral device, mobile devices and network component problems.
  • Installs, sets up, configures, tests, and operates computers, peripheral devices, and network hardware and software components.
  • Maintains records required to accurately track all computer equipment and software inventory

Job Requirements:

  • Experience with networking
  • Technical certificate/diploma or 6 months experience in basic troubleshooting
  • 1 or more year(s) of customer service, help desk, or call center experience.
  • Solid problem solving, researching, and troubleshooting skills coupled with a willingness to listen, learn and share.
  • Experience with installing/replacing computer hardware
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills
  • $3,200.00 - $3,500.00/mos
