Job Description


We are looking for a creative and rigorous graphic designer to join our communications and marketing team. Working closely with our Brand Supervisor, the junior graphic designer will have to design and develop different content to showcase the work of our artists as well as the vision and values of the company. Whether it's for our social networks, newsletters, website, intranet, various presentations or our multiple internal cultural events, your original ideas and attention to detail will be a major asset to our team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design, creation and development of visual content for the website, newsletter, social networks, client presentations, conferences, cultural events and any other print or web promotional content;
  • Decline existing concepts following established style guides and graphic and typographic standards;
  • Develop templates for our presentations based on various internal and external needs;
  • Organize and manage brand toolkits;
  • Make Keynote or Gslide presentations;
  • Ensure quality standards are met according to the brand guide;
  • Produce internal communication material for the operations and human resources departments on the various platforms;
  • Ensure the organization and updating of promotional material (presentation, biography, merchandise, etc.);
  • Creation of logos and original visual identities for our various internal cultural events;
  • Participate in the design of the annual internal Yearbook, a visual and explanatory book of the year's projects and events of almost 200 pages, given to all employees.

Qualifications
  • A background in design, graphic design or related field;
  • Excellent knowledge of typography, layout and branding;
  • Mastery of the Adobe CC suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign in particular);
  • Mastery of presentation platforms such as Keynote, Powerpoint and Google Slides;
  • Excellent sense of prioritization and respect of deadlines;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Team player;
  • Resourceful, autonomous and creative;
  • Ability to work on several projects simultaneously;
  • Speed of execution
  • Interest and knowledge of the latest trends in design;
  • Interest and knowledge of the film and advertising industry (an asset)
  • Proficiency in Adobe web design, Premiere Pro and After Effects (an asset).
