Full and Part Time Retail Sales Associate Job at Fresh Air Experience
We are a specialty bicycle and XC ski retailer serving the Ottawa-Gatineau community. We have full-time and part-time BICYCLE sales positions available starting immediately. Job responsibilities include:
- Serving customers by developing rapport, building customer confidence, providing accurate information, and helping with product selection
- Demonstrating knowledge of products and inventory to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintaining a clean and orderly retail floor and service area
- Performing all required cash register transactions efficiently and accurately
- Assisting with ordering, receiving, handling, and restocking incoming product
- Providing excellent customer service by responding to customer questions or issues regarding product features and benefits
Experience as a cyclist, either recreationally or competitively, is highly valued but not required. On-stie training is provided.
Bilingualism an asset, but not required
