General Duties

• Manage incoming repair requests and prioritize repairs and maintenance as appropriate
• Organize and Maintain Parts Inventory purchasing stock and ensuring adequate on hand availability.
• Plan, organize, and schedule all aspects of maintenance including regular preventative services, annual inspections, and repairs.
• Responsible for communicating and coordinating with our Operations Manager to ensure needed equipment is available to the shop in a timely and efficient manner
• Regularly audit partner vendor quotes, and completed repairs to ensure quality maintenance is consistent and aligned with our company standards
• Maintain Records for MTO / Equipment Audits
• Schedule and Manage Service calls and On-Farm Technicians.
• Involved in maintenance and general up-keep of the facilities and applicable properties

About You

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role with proven experience in fleet management, with a fleet consisting of 300+ on road, off road and farm implements attention to detail is a key metric for success.
• Highly energetic person with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to draft correspondence.
• Great attention to detail and accuracy
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite knowledge
• Able to handle and prioritize multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to co-ordinate and independently manage daily workflow
• Not Afraid to Challenge the status quo

What We’re Offering:

This permanent, On-Farm, position reports to the General Manager. The Maintenance Co-Ordinator is responsible for ensuring our fleet is serviced and ready to work every day. Building on organizational experience, the main goal is to ensure that our equipment is safe to operate, down-time is minimized, and costs are managed. Providing one contact for our employees to facilitate repairs to ensure clear lines of communication between Technicians, Operators and Management. Experience in the construction industry would be beneficial.
