Professional HVAC Helper - Immediate Positions Available
The successful candidate will be flexible and open to learning new procedures and practices to deliver the standard of work expected from our Company.

$45,000.00 – $60,000 for minimum 3+ years experienced Lead Hand.

• Annual Compensation package between $45,000-$60,000 plus benefits.

What We Expect of You?

• Completed a minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Must have a Gas Technician II license.
• Certificate of qualification (C of Q) as an Air Conditioning Mechanic (Ontario – 313d or 313a) is an asset.
• Ductwork Installation experience is an asset.
• Custom Home HVAC installation experience is an asset.
• Must have valid Ozone Depletion Prevention (ODP) card.
• Must have a Class G Driver’s License with clean drivers abstract.
• Furnace, AC, Heat Pump, ductless and tankless installation experience.
• Be willing and able to work to a high standard of quality.
• Must be physically capable of performing all work required of this position, i.e., occasional lifting of 15 kg up to shoulder height, frequent bending, occasional squatting/kneeling.
• Communicate clearly and effectively, both in written and verbal communications.
• Have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Be able to learn quickly to enhance your team.
• Have outstanding customer service skills.
• Be able to demonstrate your ability to understand/learn new technologies.
• Very punctual and dependable.
• Must be willing to wear Company provided uniform.
• Maintain company vehicle to neat clean and safe standard.
