We are seeking full-time Concrete Grinding & Epoxy Flooring: General Labour, Skilled Installers, and Team Leaders. Duties and Responsibilities

• Follow occupational health and safety rules & regulations.
• Operating walk-behind grinders, vacuums, hand grinders, sanders.
• Applying and installing Epoxy and other liquid applied Flooring Systems.
• Understand company product lines, machinery, and installation techniques.
• Prep and load vehicle with necessary materials for next job order.
• Operate company vehicle and tools in a safe manner.
• Setting up, running, basic troubleshooting, and maintaining equipment and keeping the vehicle clean and organized.
• Resolve client concerns in a professional manner.
• Other duties as required.

What we're looking for

• Experience with Epoxy and other liquid applied coatings is an asset.
• Knowledge of general construction, and experience operating power tools is an asset.
• Ability to read and interpret Material Technical and Safety Data Sheets, blueprints, and drawings.
• Customer oriented, friendly and enthusiastic.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and comfortable with manual labour.
• Ability to work independently in a busy environment, work well under pressure.
• Takes pride in work with a focus on quality product and service.
• Reliable and punctual with an excellent work ethic and a team player
• Valid BC Driver’s license (Class 5) is an asset.

Pay is competitive and will be negotiated depending on experience. We are looking for an individual willing to advance within the company and become a Team Lead.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $22.00-$35.00 per hour
