Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Education preferred.
- Excellent command of the English Language in reading and writing.
- Comfortable with Mathematics.
- 1+ years of successful teaching experience.
- Responsible and passionate about teaching.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude, highly responsible; able to motivate and inspire students.
- Able to help students with diverse educational backgrounds and learning abilities.
- Capable of juggling multiple tasks.
Job Description:
- Teach ESL at a high level of proficiency.
- Assess and identify students’ individual learning needs.
- Teach students using a variety of techniques: lessons, discussions, and audio-visual presentations.
- Assign and correct homework, and provide feedback to contribute to students’ progress.
- Answer students’ questions.
- Help students improve their results.
- Maintain frequent and effective communication with students, parents, and administration.
- Evaluate and review the progress of students and discuss progress results with students and parents.
Hours of Operation:
- M - Th: 4 - 9 PM
- F: 1 - 8 PM
- Summer: M - F: 10 AM - 5 PM
