We are hiring to fill some exciting positions! We are a long-standing licensed group child care facility located in Pitt Meadows with 5 different programs that are rich with music, art, play and laughter!

Candidates MUST be qualified with a valid ECE License to practice in BC.

Candidate MUST be currently residing in BC as the job position is time sensitive.

Job Description:

• Lead by example and able to encourage team members bringing exceptional leadership skills.
• Prepare and maintain materials needed for daily activities
• Ensure our philosophy, policies and procedures are adhered to at all times
• Maintain confidentiality at all times
• Bond with each child and provide them with a nurturing and stable environment
• Demonstrate sensitivity and respect for individual and cultural different

All Candidates Must:

Be creative and positive

Be able to work full-time shifts between the hours of 7:00 am to 5:30 pm

Be able to work closely with managers and other staff members

Demonstrate excellent communication skills; both verbal and written

Ideal Candidate:

Must have previous experience in a Licensed Group Childcare Centre and have experience working with children with exceptionalities and SCD (Supported Child Development) and or experience in a Lead Position

Must have a can-do attitude and be able to think on their feet and manage in a busy facility

Qualifications:

BC Licensed Early Childhood Education (ECE)

Clear Criminal Record Check

Valid First Aid Certificate

3 Reference Checks
