We are a supplier of quality petroleum and propane products and services and we are now accepting applications for the position of DZ Driver at our location in Stratford, Alma and Cambridge.

Responsibilities

Your first goal will be to deliver propane and petroleum in a safe and efficient manner. Along with this, you will ensure customer goodwill and satisfaction and that delivery of the product is on time and meets customer expectations. You will also be responsible for the maintenance and operation of company vehicles and verification of administrative paperwork. Above all, you will represent and promote the company in a competent and professional manner.

Qualifications

• DZ license
• Clean driving abstract
• Must be capable of lifting material up to 50lbs
• Previous experience in the fuel/propane industry would be an asset

Education or experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid Driver’s license with DZ certification & safe driving record

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Previous experience driving, loading and unloading fuel or equipment
• Customer service focused attitude
• Ability to work overtime and weekends, when required.
• Ability to work a rotating on call schedule
• Detail orientation to properly maintain record
• The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job. Hours: 7:00AM - 4:00PM (hours may change based on operations)

Employees are expected to work a minimum of 44 hours per week.
