Data Entry Clerk/Parcel Delivery Driver Job at Cole International Inc.
Cole International, a leading provider in customs brokerage and logistics services in Canada and the U.S. is hiring in our Fort Frances office. We are looking for a full-time Data Entry Clerk/Parcel Delivery Driver to join our team .
Duties include:
-receiving and reviewing documents
-transmission of data to CBSA for commercial release of goods arriving in Canada
-tracking, tracing and updating clients on shipment status
-various office duties as assigned-scanning/emailing/mail
Required Skills:
-valid driver's license
-valid Canadian Passport
-some heavy lifting may be required
-high school diploma or GED, or an acceptable combination of education and experience
-strong computer skills
-experience working with Excel/Microsoft programs
-efficient and accurate data entry skills, minimum typing skills of 30 words per minute
-must have strong interpersonal skills to be able to effectively work with co-workers, clients
-outstanding time management skills are important
-ability to work with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment
-must be organized, energetic and willing to learn
