As a Data Analyst, you will use your expertise with data analysis to uncover valuable insights to inform product and marketing strategy at MaintainX. You will make use of data sets across different platforms to understand product health, feature performance, and marketing effectiveness, and partner with other Growth and Marketing team members to help them understand the opportunities to improve their workstreams. This role reports to the Head of Growth.
Responsibilities:
- Guide product and marketing strategy through analyses on the performance of product features and marketing activities.
- Use internal and external data sources to identify opportunities for product development and marketing activations.
- Work with Growth team partners to inform goal setting and help implement monitoring such as reporting dashboards.
- Understand MaintainX’s customer base through analyzing engagement and purchase behaviour to inform segmentation.
- Present results to Growth team partners and collaborators.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a similar field.
- 4+ years professional experience analyzing large datasets, visualizing information, and informing strategy.
- Strong analytical skill set capable of defining problems, and developing innovative solutions utilizing appropriate methods and frameworks.
- Expertise in creating reports and presentations for non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency with SQL, Python, or similar language with the ability to learn additional analytics tools.
- Proficiency with data visualization.
