Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Responsibilities:
- Provide concierge-type service to facilitate customer support for general questions on parts and accessories order status, account activity, warranty information, and technical service.
- Answer a high volume of calls from customers and end users to provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer questions and product knowledge requests.
- Partner with the Customer Service team to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations.
- Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
- Maintain account information in CRM system including logging all calls.
- Onboard new dealers and process returns and credits.
- Convey information to customers using professional telephone and effective business writing skills.
- Exhibit solid interpersonal skills and maintain composure when faced with difficult situations and personalities.
- Contribute to team goals and perform other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma Required, Associates degree preferred
- Years of Experience: 2 or more years of relevant experience required
- Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
