Northway Aviation is an established airline and we pride ourselves on our safety, reliability and relationships with our customers. Northway Aviation operates scheduled service to nine communities in Manitoba and Ontario as well as charter service to various locations.

This full-time position is an interactive position with dispatchers and other customer service agents.

Requirements:

• Must have excellent customer service skills

• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English

• Ability to multi-task and establish priorities in a dynamic and changing environment

• Mathematical aptitude

• Ability to type at an intermediate level

• Attention to detail

• Critical thinking within tight deadlines

• Working knowledge of MS Office

• Ability to work with minimal supervision

• Ability to take direction and work as a team

• Experience with Skyline aviation software an asset

Duties & Responsibilities

• Customer reservations (bookings, changes, cancellations)

• Process customer baggage

• Receive freight

• Process credit card and cash transactions for fares, freight, excess baggage, charters

• Communicate with traffic service employees in the preparation of aircraft for flights

• Provide flight following services

• Advise customers in communities of flight arrival times
