Customer Service Representative
Join our exciting and dynamic team at Linamar Transportation as a Customer Service Representative!
Shift: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm (with 1 hour unpaid lunch)

Performance Expectations
Take all incoming call from customers, take new load orders and input those orders into the Fleet Management System.
Verify all load information to ensure all necessary information is correct, such as weight, times and location.
Provide all rating information for both internal and external loads.
Engage in problem solving and conflict resolution with customers as problems arise.
Monitor contract board to ensure accurate tracking of loads.
Communicate and update customer with load information
Credentials
High School Diploma or equivalent 1 to 2 years in a similar role
Sense of urgency with a strong customer focus
Excellent communication skills – both written and oral
Ability to perform a variety of tasks.
Proficient with various computer applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
