Job Purpose and Impact
The Crop Inputs Territory Sales Manager will sell a portfolio of the company's technical and nontechnical products, services and solutions directly to current and new customers. In this role, you will proactively build knowledge of the business, financials, products and services, the market or account needs. Key Accountabilities
Inform customers of our new products, services and prices.
With general supervision, build, monitor and revise lead generation plans to develop substantive sales opportunities.
Help assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services and solutions.
Support development and delivery of sales bids, proposals and presentations and help conduct product demonstrations.
Help execute medium to long term sales plans, supporting strategies to protect, grow and diversify relationships with targeted customers.
Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Minimum Qualifications
Diploma/certificate or bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Sales work experience
Minimum of two years of related work experience in the Canadian agricultural production or farm management
Possess a valid Canadian Full Class 5 Driver’s License in good standing, authorizing you to drive independently during the course of your employment.
Must be legally entitled to work for Cargill in Canada Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of crop input operations and products
CCA certification or ability to gain one
Experience using customer relationship management software
Work experience in leadership roles Position Information
