Community Nurse - Overnight Job at AGTA Home Health Care
AGTA Home Healthcare Hamilton-Niagara is seeking multiple Nurses to join our team! You will be responsible for delivering high quality care to assigned patients, in a 1-1 home care setting.
With 22 years of experience as an industry leader, AGTA Home Healthcare Hamilton-Niagara is a one-stop shop providing the full spectrum of healthcare services, such as; PSW, Nursing, Medical Equipment Sales and Rentals, and Home and Vehicle Modifications. We service the entire Hamilton and Niagara regions and are currently looking for talented, client-focused candidates to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Care for ill, injured, or convalescing client(s)
- Provide client care and treatment per medical orders
- Administer prescribed medications via multiple methods
- Educate and update client(s) on medical treatments, diagnoses, and other pertinent medical information
Qualifications:
- Education in Nursing
- Familiarity with medical tools, equipment, and techniques
- Ability to build rapport with client(s) and their families
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good standing with CNO
Job Types: Casual (full-time and part-time hours available) on an assignment basis and nurses looking to take on brand new clients in the area.
Overnight Incentive: Overnight shifts/workers will be given a 10% increase to the base hourly rate they receive upon hiring.
