Commercial Services Officer in Montreal, Quebec (ONSITE)

JOB DESCRIPTION - Our new Commercial Services & Digital team will streamline and guide how we invest in and harness technology for Commercial. This team will modernize and digitize our manual processes, addressing pain points and focusing on initiatives to improve customer experiences.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or other related field, or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of SAP
• Knowledge of Microsoft office suite
• Ability to work in a multi-product environment and standardize processes
• Adaptability to change and evolving deadlines

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform day to day Commercial Services operations such as contract and sales order entry, shipments, and invoicing
• Participate in initiatives that can bring additional value or improved experiences to our internal/external stakeholders
• Apply standard documentation process and performance clauses (SLA’s) to ensure customer and contract obligations are fulfilled
• Manage month end reporting activities
