CNC Machinist Job at Brockworth Industries Limited
At Brockworth Industries Ltd. we aim to support local manufacturing businesses with a domestic solution for high volume precision machining. Within our 13’000 square foot facility, we have 2 citizen swiss machines, 2 5-axis mill-turn machines, 4 2-axis turning centres, and 3 3-axis mills.
Position Requirements:
- Experience programing, setting up, and maintaining CNC machines.
- Experience with Swiss-turn machines is an asset
- CAD experience is an asset.
Job Duties and Skills:
- Read and edit G-code
- Handle and move material
- Clean work area
- Follow established procedures and guidelines
- Provide feedback to supervisors to keep machines running accurately
- Read and interpret detailed drawings.
- Use inspection tools, such as calipers, micrometers, height stands, gauges and shadow graphs to perform quality checks.
- Maintains and ensures accurate counts on completed parts and scrapped parts
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
