Claims Specialist Job at eShipper
- Determine covered insurance losses by studying provisions of a policy
- Establishe proof of loss by studying documentation and assembling additional information from the stakeholder.
- Document specific claims by completing and recording forms, reports, logs, and records.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Resolve claims by approving or denying documentation, calculating benefits due, and determining compensation settlement.
- Maintain quality customer service by following customer services practices and responding to customer inquiries.
- Protect operations by keeping claims information confidential.
- Maintain a good relationship with the carriers, customers and internal stakeholders.

Salary: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
