It’s more than just a job!
As a Case Manager with Blue sky, you are responsible for fostering and encouraging a therapeutic and compassionate residential experience for children and youth. Reporting to the Lead Case Manager, you must have excellent decision making, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, and enjoying working with a supportive team. You’re a people person and are able to build and maintain positive relationships with staff, the children and youth in our care along with other relevant internal and external supports.
What you’ll bring? A university degree preferably in social work; or a college diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution with experience in children services may also be considered; the ability to deal with crisis and post-crisis debriefing; the ability to work as part of a team and independently; excellent decision making and critical thinking skills; excellent written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills; and applicants should possess a valid driver’s license/insurance and have their own vehicle.
