Job Duties and Responsibilities
As a summer student at Dana Canada, Cambridge you will assemble components to manufacture, test and pack automotive Battery Coolers for electric vehicles:
- Must be able to lift 6-9 lbs. frequently, and up to 20 lbs. occasionally.
- Some bending / twisting or reaching to load braze ovens, and packing into bins is required.
- Comfortable working in a warm or hot environment.
- Finger and hand dexterity to build parts with accuracy.
- Must be able to stand and walk for the majority of the shift.
- Excellent attention to detail, to meet customer Quality requirements.
- Focus on Health & Safety, to keep everyone safe!
- Safety Shoes, Hearing Protection and Safety Glasses are required.

Afternoon Shift: 2:55 pm to 10:55 pm

Pay and Benefits
The Summer Student rate is $17.44 per hour (plus shift premium!). Direct Deposit is weekly.
Shift premium: The afternoon shift has a shift premium of $0.35 / hour.
Must be available for full time hours (sorry, no part time hours available). Must be able to work overtime (up to 8 hours per week).
Candidates must be legally authorized to work 40 hours per week in Canada.
