Position: People & Places Americas Business Operations Co-op/Intern
Duration: 4 months with the opportunity to extend to 8 months

People

Nokia’s People organization is responsible for leading a business-driven people strategy and offering people and workplace services to all Nokia employees. We partner closely with the business to provide a motivated and engaged workforce that is fit for the future.

The People and Places organization specifically focuses on managing Nokia's Real Estate Portfolio and designing dynamic employee workspace environments.

Education Recommendations

Currently a candidate for Bachelors degree or diploma in Business, Management, Commerce, Finance, Management Information Systems, Business Administration - IT or related field with an accredited school in Canada.

What you will learn and contribute to

As part of our team, you will:

• Author and update internal documentation
• Co-ordinate and communicate R2R (Record to Report) requirements and recommendations
• Assist Business Operations teams with drafting process flows from market perspective (play book)
• Assist Business Operations team with day-to-day activities

What is Nokia looking for from me

You have:

• Excellent working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio
• Proficient technical writing capabilities
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment

It would be nice if you also had:

• Collaboration skills with all audiences (technical/non-technical)
• Analytical skills and innovative thinking skills to interpret and analyze business requirements.
• Experience with SharePoint
• Excellent interpersonal abilities including working well within a team dynamic
• Attention to detail and financial acumen
