Property Management Company is seeking to fill an IMMEDIATE Superintendent ( Team of Two Live In) Couples/Partners Only as it is a live In position in a residential apartment building in the sought-out area of High Park. The Superintendent Team Position is a live-in position and is expected to perform typical duties such as, Repair & Maintenance Work, Regular Cleaning Duties, and Addressing Tenant Concerns.

Strong Hands-on trade skills are required. Minimum 3 years in a related field is required. Shift on call hours is required and shared with the current Superintendents. This includes weeknights, rotating weekends and holidays. We are offer a competitive salary, two weeks’ vacation, group benefits and a home in our beautiful property. Salary: $30,000.00-$42,703.00 per year
