Automotive Service Consultant Job at O'Neill Auto Group
The O'Neill Auto Group is seeking a motivated, career-oriented individual for the position of Service Consultant. The Service Consultant is the dealership's front-line customer relations and service representative.
As the Service Advisor you report to the Service Manager and will assist in all areas including but not limited to:
- Greeting customers, building rapport and responding to service inquires
- Maintaining thorough and accurate customer records and communications history
- Advising customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers' specifications
- Providing a cost estimate for labor and parts.
- Ensuring and exceeding customer’s satisfaction and expectations within dealership and Nissan standards
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast pace environment
- Other duties as assigned
We are seeking a candidate that has a minimum of 1 year of automotive service experience and/or service industry. The ideal candidate should have the ability to problem solve customer concerns and exceed customer expectations. Knowledge of automotive parts and CDK or ADP software would be a definite asset but is not required. This candidate is required to have a clean driver abstract along with a certificate of conduct.
