Apprentice Plumber Job at Roto-Rooter Plumbers - Parksville

Some of the tasks expected to be performed and/or trained on included:
- Water and drain line rough ins.
- Fixture installations.
- Plumbing repairs and replacements.
- Water heater repairs and replacements.
- Drain cleaning.
- Sewer and water line service repairs and replacements.
- Excavation services related to plumbing repairs and replacements.
The position is typically Monday to Friday with weekends and holidays off. Once the candidate is trained to our level of expectation, there will be the addition of an on-call rotation with other technicians. The candidate must have a valid drivers license. Ideally the candidate has experience in the plumbing industry however training will be given if newer to the trade. Upon completion of three months probation, we will offer a plumbing apprentice sponsorship and an extended health and dental package. After one year of consecutive employment, we will offer an RRSP matching program and pay out the hiring bonus.
