Clearview Consumers Co-op Ltd. is hiring a Full Time Accounts Receivable at our Head Office in Steinbach, Manitoba.

What you’ll do:

Reporting to the Controller, you will provide support to general accounting activities through the maintenance of Accounts Receivables duties.

Some of the main duties of the job include:

• Live our brand, “You’re at Home Here” by presenting a positive, collaborative, and professional image of the organization to all customers, visitors, suppliers, and team
• Exemplify our company values: People, Integrity, Excellence, and Responsibility.
• Monitor accounts receivable on a continuous basis and enforce adherence policy.
• Perform collection calls and communication on an ongoing basis.
• Process new credit applications and review current accounts for credit limit adjustments.
• Maintain the billing system, generate account statements, and process customer payments.
• Investigate and resolve any irregularities or enquiries and report any errors or variances to Controller.

What you possess:

• Strong customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• 1 - 3 years of collections experience.
• 1 - 3 years of customer service experience.
• Accounting related education is an asset.
