Your role:

We’re looking for a special individual with a demonstrated capacity to follow a scientific methodology to achieve revenue targets within a product led growth (PLG) motion. This role will require a fearless capacity to ideate, test, and evaluate your assumptions based on in-app data to develop targeted and repeatable engagements that increase trial conversions, and accelerate expansion velocity.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to be part of the early building of a rocketship and is excited by the prospect of layering sales motions over finely tuned PLG business. This person is curious and prefers optimization to traditional funnel management.

What you'll do:

  • Continually monitor in-app activity to find commonalities across segments that enable you to answer the prospect’s inquiries before they have them.

  • Deploy similar methodologies to newly converted customers to accelerate their user growth within 90 days.

  • Provide critical feedback to our product teams regarding customer needs and changing market and competitor conditions

You should have:

  • 3 years of quota carrying sales experience

  • Experience with a product-led-growth acquisition motion including trial support, free customer base mining and regular upsell to existing accounts

  • A fearless capacity to experiment, assess, and recommend actions based on data

  • Consistent track record of beating your peers and overachieving the goals you’ve been given

  • Proven ability to thrive in an early stage GTM and sales organization where systems, processes, and technologies are still being developed

  • Desire to grow and develop through regular feedback and coaching

  • A GSD attitude and the tenacity to overcome obstacles

Extra credit (nice to have):

  • Experience selling, supporting, or using other project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday, Clickup

Target salary for this role based on experience: $100,000-$150,000 annual on target earnings (OTE) + equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k))

  • WFH: We are a fully remote company, and we provide the essential equipment you need to work from home in addition to an initial $750 WFH stipend that refreshes annually at $450.
