Account Executive (Full-Time)

We are a sales development agency based out of Vancouver and Toronto. We help businesses grow by becoming their outsourced sales team.

We are hiring an Account Executive to help us with our 2023 revenue targets - growing revenue to $5M in 2023 and $10M in 2024. We’re looking for someone who wants to make a name for themselves by taking a company to $10M and has worked with mid-market deal sizes ($60k-$100k deal size / $1M annual quota).

The position is full-time, and it is remote. For this reason, we are looking for someone who is goal-driven, takes initiative, self-starter, and is highly competitive.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for prospecting for new business
  • Deliver sales presentations, and follow up to close deals
  • Strategize and utilize available marketing programs and technologies to exceed targets
  • Report KPIs to senior management
  • Be creative and relentless in your approach to drive new business
  • Create and/or optimize sales processes to help you achieve your targets

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience
  • You want to be in the startup world, thrive on change and hyper-growth
  • You're technically proficient: you can understand SaaS products as SaaS startups are our primary target market
  • Experience selling a service (SAAS, Outsourced, Managed Service)
  • You're disciplined and understand the sales process
  • Used LinkedIn for lead generation
  • You need to be the best in what you do, competitive and driven
  • Coachable, eager to learn and can both give and receive constructive feedback

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $150,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
