Warehouse Shipper/Receiver - Drivers License Job at Clow Darling Limited
Warehouse Job Description:
Responsible for loading and unloading shipments, preparing and stacking skids, sorting freight and verifying goods received along with other warehouse duties as assigned. Also, accountable for the safe, timely and accurate delivery of products within established customer service guidelines as required.
Requirements:
- Warehouse and Forklift experience (Shipping and Receiving experience an asset).
- Knowledge concerning the safe use and efficient operation, loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Must be able to adjust to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to learn and understand warehouse the management system, including good overall computer knowledge.
- Solid planning and organizational skills.
- Customer service oriented with good communication skills.
- Be available Mon - Friday.
- Be able to work independently or as a team player.
- Must maintain a clean work environment.
- Position physically demanding and you must be able to work at a fast pace.
- Must be physically fit, and have safety footwear. Be able to lift up to 55 lbs repeatedly.
- Must have a valid Ontario’s Driver’s license.
- Driving record check (abstract).
- Required to work outdoors in different weather conditions.
- Experience in the construction industry would be an asset.
