Warehouse Clerk – 6-month Contract – Sturgeon Falls, Ontario

The hours of work for this 6-month contract position are Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Boart Longyear is accepting resumes for the role of Warehouse Clerk - 6-month Contract in our Sturgeon Falls, Ontario Distribution Center. Candidates must be 18 years of age or older.

Job Responsibilities:

• General warehousing duties including picking and packing and storage of parts
• Use of small hand tools
• Perform housekeeping activities
• Data entry

Job Requirements:

• Computer skills (Data Entry - numeric and alpha)
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to work in accordance with all safety policies and procedures
• Good communication skills
• Other general duties as assigned
• This position requires ongoing physical demands including heavy lifting, bending, walking, standing.

Requirements and Experience:

• Related warehouse experience is an asset
• Forklift operation is an asset
• Candidates must be 18 years of age or older.
