Tri-City Warehousing LTD specializes in 3rd party warehousing solutions for our customers. Centrally located in Pitt Meadows, BC in The Golden Ears Business Park. We are hiring an EXPERIENCED Warehouse Associate (Minimum 3-5 years experience) that can perform the following duties... Shipping/Receiving/Order Picking/Maintain Inventory control. Candidate should be a Certified COUNTER BALANCE Forklift Operator and able to work full-time (Monday-Friday).

Please note: We may require the candidate to show us their ability to operate one of our counter-balance 4000lbs capacity electric forklifts during the in-person interview.

Warehouse Locations - Unit 516 -19100 Airport Way, Pitt Meadows, BC (Golden Ears Business Park)

Responsibilities:

• Order picking on daily basis
• Load, unload and stage product orders and materials
• Double check work by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments are correct by comparing against Packing Slips/Pick Sheets and reporting discrepancies
• Maintain inventory control as well as Organize & rotate stock to allow for first in and first out out shipping procedure
• Comfortable operating counterbalance forklift in tight spaces. Should be proficient in stacking pallets and placing them in racking up to 19 ft. in height
• Securely wrap pallets with hand stretch wrap
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse floor. Dispose of waste material and recycling as necessary
• Unloading 20' and 40' floor loaded containers, palletize & wrap product
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Min. 3 years Forklift experience with valid Counter Balance Forklift License/Certification
• Motivated individual
• Require own transportation (Public Transit is not conveniently accessible)
• Previous warehouse experience is a must
• Must be physically fit and have the ability to lift 40-75 lbs. repetitively
• Ability to work independently
• Strong work ethic
