Scovan is looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join our team in Ponoka immediately! This position offers stable, full-time hours with an opportunity to grow and learn from our hard-working team!

Position responsibilities

• We will provide all the training needed to prepare you for the role!
• Verify vendor packing slips against internal purchase orders
• Verify that material traceability reports align with our internal QAQC requirements
• Expedite orders, communicate to vendors, and track deliveries
• Work to improve systems currently in place
• Report to Warehouse Manager
• Full-time hours - Typical shift is Monday to Thursday, 10-hour per day. Shifts may vary based on workload requirements.
• All work is competed in our industrial module yard in Ponoka, Alberta. No need to travel.

Qualifications

• Detail orientated, proactive, and resourceful
• Previous experience with 4cast plus, Monday.com an asset
• Familiar with QAQC processes
• Previous experience with procurement processes an asset
• Effective communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
