Us: A newly renovated small animal practice (dog and cat focused) located on Georgian Bay, a short drive from both Blue Mountain Ski Resort and Sauble Beach! Sunset Strip Veterinary Clinic has been a part of the Owen Sound landscape for over 35 years! Our busy 3 doctor practice is looking to grow and add, one to two veterinary technicians to our highly experienced, hard-working, fun loving staff!

About You:

• You are an experienced RVT, a seasoned technician, or a fresh from school tech - dedicated to outstanding client service and excellent patient care.

• You truly love veterinary medicine and believe in ongoing engagement in education and growth, in every form.

• You are versatile – you know how to effectively adapt to the individual needs of each patient and are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of patients and their families.

• You may possess clinical skills and experience that include (but are not limited to):

o Patient assessment and physical examinations

o Phlebotomy and catheter placement

o Knowledge of radiology safety and proper technique

o Anesthesia monitoring

o Perioperative surgical nursing skills

o Routine dental prophylaxis experience

o Knowledge of basic laboratory procedures

Anticipated Schedule (TBD):

• Full-time & Part-time positions potentially available
