What are we looking for?

Country Tire is growing and we are looking to add experienced and dedicated members to our team. We are looking for applicants who have extensive experience in the tire industry and in a leadership role. We need people who are responsible, love to work and want to find a long term career. Duties of the position will include changing and fixing tires, inventory and organization, playing your part in keeping a clean and safe work environment but most importantly leadin and training our less experienced employees. Please note that weekend shifts will be necessary. As we grow and you prove your abilities, you will also have the opportunity to advance and grow within the company; both in your role and compensation.
