TalentWorld is currently seeking a Testing Technician for our client, whom is a global leader in electrical product safety certifications in Newmarket.
In this position, you would be conducting specified testing and reporting your discoveries with the highest degree of accuracy. This position offers lots of learning and grow potential, in a welcoming family like environment.
Testing Technician Responsibilities
- Inspection, photograph and document your findings in accordance with global regulations
- Monitor and perform product testing
- Prepare appropriate reports with high level attention to detail
- Communicate with internal and external customers both written and verbal
- Operate and troubleshoot test equipment and software
- Shipping preparation and tracking of all testing samples
- Other varied tasks as assigned
Testing Technician Qualifications
- High comprehension of Electrical and Mechanical concepts
- Testing Experience, using and maintaining testing equipment
- Work well under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines
- Technical degree an asset and preferred
- Very detail oriented and organized in note taking and documentation
