DESCRIPTION:

Planifie, rédige et développe des instructions. Définit le processus d'assemblage, l'outillage et l'équipement d'essai nécessaires pour assembler les modules et les moteurs conformément aux normes de qualité et d'ingénierie de P&WC.

• Interprète des dessins complexes, des documents et des spécifications techniques.

• Maintient une relation étroite avec l'ingénierie en ce qui concerne des instructions de test.

• Intègre les drapeaux rouges et les modifications techniques.

• Supporte la production dans l'amélioration des procédures d'assemblage et de la préparation de la production.

• Appuie la production dans la maintenance et l'amélioration des consignes d'essais.

• Premier point de contact pour la création de procédures provisoires de montage et de test lors d'une enquête.

• Dirige ou participe à une clinique de qualité pour assurer le maintien des indicateurs clés de performance.

NIVEAU DE RESPONSABILITÉ :

• Sous une supervision minimale, exécute des tâches variées et modérément complexes

• Applique des compétences semi-avancées pour exécuter les fonctions du poste dans le domaine assigné

• Peut adapter de nouvelles procédures, techniques, outils, matériaux et/ou équipements pour répondre aux exigences plus complexes du poste

• Résout la plupart des questions et des problèmes et renvoie uniquement les problèmes les plus complexes aux niveaux supérieurs

• Peut aider périodiquement à orienter, former, assigner et vérifier le travail d'autres employés

QUALIFICATIONS ET COMPETENCES REQUISES :

• Langues : français, anglais

• Compétences informatiques Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). La connaissance de SharePoint est un atout.

• Langages de programmation Fanuc/robot ABB un atout.

DESCRIPTION:

Plans, writes and develops assembly instructions. Defines the assembly process, tooling and test equipment necessary to assemble modules and engines conforming to P&WC quality and engineering standards.

• Interprets complex drawings, documents and engineering specifications.

• Maintains a close relationship with engineering in regards to testing instructions.

• Incorporates Red Flag Tags and engineering changes.

• Supports production in the improvement of assembly procedures and production readiness.

• Supports production in the maintenance and improvement of test instructions.

• First point of contact for the creation of temporary assembly and test procedures during an investigation.

• Leads or participates in a quality clinic to assure the maintenance key performance indicators.

LEVEL OF RESPONSIBILITY:

· Under minimal supervision, performs varied and moderately complex tasks

· Applies semi-advanced skills to perform functions of the position within assigned area

· May adapt new procedures, techniques, tools, materials and/or equipment to meet the more complex requirements of the position

· Resolves most questions and problems, and refers only the most complex issues to higher levels

· May periodically assist in orienting, training, assigning and checking the work of other employees

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

· Languages: French, English

· Computer Skills Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Knowledge of SharePoint is an asset.
