DynaRisk Remote

We are looking for a tech-savvy customer support representative based in Canada this role is 100% remote.

You will provide assistance to customers of our consumer cyber security product. Agents are not typically engaged on calls for a whole day and can pursue other activities while there are no calls.

You should have a general understanding of technology, we will teach you the rest. You'll learn how to do technical support tasks which ranges from helping a user install security software to removing viruses from their computer remotely and ideally helping them deal with ransomware.

Our support hours are from 10am EST to 11pm EST Monday to Friday.

This time is broken up into shifts from 10am EST to 6pm EST and from 6pm EST to 11pm EST Monday to Friday.

We also provide support on Saturdays from 12pm-10pm (GMT-5).

We are looking for candidates that could support either of these shift schedules during the week plus Saturday and can be flexible on schedules for the right candidate.

The right candidate can:

  • Provide customer service via phone/chat/email
  • Work with our support ticketing system
  • Set privacy settings on social media accounts
  • Help a customer identify a phishing email
  • Help the user restore access to hacked web accounts
  • Help the user restore data from backup
  • Help the user find and remove a virus from their PC or Smart Phone

Skill in handling Ransomware situations is an additional advantage as well as the knowledge of both Windows and Mac operating systems.

Salary: $15.00-$23.00 per hour
