What's Required?

You are a student who has completed a minimum of one year of post-secondary education and will be returning to full-time studies at an accredited college or university in the fall of 2023.

You are looking for real work experience to support your development.

You enjoy working on a team to make things happen, but can also hold your own when required.

Your previous experiences have helped you to become a skilled communicator, verbally and in writing.

You have mastered organization and time management through your busy school/life schedules.

You have strong interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, integrity and a commitment to quality and learning that you want to put to good use.
What We Need From You:

Availability to work full-time from May to August 2023.

Ability to work in-person at one of our facilities throughout Ottawa.

Proof of COVID-19 vaccination prior to the Summer Student Program start date - fully vaccinated being at least two weeks since completion of a full series of vaccines, or a combination of vaccines, approved by Health Canada. Requests for accommodation will be considered pursuant to the Ontario Human Rights Code.

A valid G driver's license if the role you are applying for requires you to drive a company vehicle.
Once you successfully make it through the interview process, positive references and background verification checks are required, which may include providing a driver abstract and successfully completing a driver competency assessment (if required for the role). Proof of enrollment for the 2023/24 academic year will be required. You will also be required to sign applicable policies/procedures depending on the role. Then the fun really begins!
