Miramichi Kia has joined the Shift Auto Group family and we are looking for a Service Manager for this location!

At Shift Auto Group, we have experienced RAPID growth over the last several years and are now offering an exciting opportunity for a Service Manager in our Miramichi Kia location!

Service Manager Responsibilities include:

  • Assist guests in setting convenient appointment times.
  • Confirm with guests any and all maintenance or services that are due.
  • Communicate with guests after a visit with us to ensure we exceeded their expectations, proving to our guests we are customer obsessed.
  • Assist both guests and business customers with their parts and accessory needs.
  • Working with our technicians to quote and supply parts for all of our used vehicle reconditioning needs.
  • Working with current Service Department staff in regards to addressing telephone / e-mail inquiries from both retail and wholesale customers.
  • Creation, management and closing of parts quotations and invoices.
  • Inventory control including ordering of parts, unpacking and placement of orders and compiling parts returns.
  • Remaining aligned with the Used Car Department to complete Used Car Reconditioning quotes.
  • Creating technician work orders and distributing work to technicians.
  • Creating estimates on new and used vehicle parts and labor.


Qualifications:

  • Exemplifies excellence and must motivate the department to take pride in promoting customer enthusiasm
  • 3+ Years of experience in the automotive repair industry
  • 3 years supervisory experience;
  • Knowledge of automotive service systems;
  • Valid Driver's License and good driving record;
  • Knowledge of Manufacturer warranty policies and procedures is considered an asset.
  • Computer Skills
