Septic Service Technician Job at Roto-Rooter Plumbers - Parksville

The person filling the role of septic service technician will work with our registered onsite wastewater practitioner (ROWP). There, the candidate will gain valuable experience in septic system maintenance, inspection and installation. Additionally, the candidate will be trained on pump truck operation, drain cleaning and camera inspection procedures. Afterwards, the candidate has the potential to be sponsored in their ROWP designation. Once trained and certified, the technician will carry out day-to-day septic system maintenance, inspections, pumping , excavation and drain cleaning duties for onsite septic systems, lift stations and grease interceptors.
Candidates wishing to apply for this opportunity should be self motivated, have a keen interest of wastewater systems and be willing to grow into an independent septic service technician. We would expect the applicant to have good dedication, integrity and reliability. Candidate must have valid drivers license (air brake endorsement an asset).
